Luxury is more than just high end goods and fancy trips. It’s an experience, a memory, a state of mind. When luxury becomes available to everyone, the throughline is hospitality. Whether you work in a night club or a Michelin Star restaurant, offering an elevated experience is simply about giving your guests a moment away from reality where focus on personalized service, attention to detail, and artisanal craftsmanship reign supreme. With world class teachers, we will take a look at what luxury means when it comes to the history of hospitality. We will gain invaluable knowledge by learning elevated cocktail techniques that would be a stand out skill on any resume submitted to a luxury establishment. We will do all of this while taking a journey through the history and craftsmanship of one of the oldest luxuries in the world; Cognac. The students who participate in this course will leave with knowledge and skills that will catapult them into a new level of their careers.

Testing link and details have now been emailed to accepted applicants. 

If you missed the email, you simply need to sign back into your application portal and complete the two new tasks in your application. One is the test and the other is a survey on the virtual course. Be sure to complete both and hit "Submit" for your test to go into review. The deadline to submit your test is Sunday, November 9th, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST.

Following the four courses and test, we’ll invite the top scoring applicants to participate in an immersion experience at the Courvoisier and Grand Marnier brand homes in France. Official Dates TBD.
