Whether you work in a night club or a Michelin Star restaurant, offering an elevated experience is simply about giving your guests a moment away from reality where focus on personalized service, attention to detail, and artisanal craftsmanship reign supreme. With world class teachers, we will take a look at what luxury means when it comes to the history of hospitality. We will gain invaluable knowledge by learning elevated cocktail techniques that would be a stand out skill on any resume submitted to a luxury establishment. We will do all of this while taking a journey through the history and craftsmanship of one of the oldest luxuries in the world; Cognac. The students who participate in this course will leave with knowledge and skills that will catapult them into a new level of their careers.
